Payment terms are outlined within each project proposal, estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Late payments may incur interest and collection costs to the maximum extent permitted under California law.

If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, the customer remains responsible for labor performed, materials supplied, and costs incurred through the cancellation date.
Durus Roofing stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
Where applicable, workmanship warranties will be provided in writing as part of the customer's project documentation.
Manufacturer warranties covering roofing materials, products, and systems are separate from Durus Roofing warranties and remain subject to the terms established by the manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durus Roofing's total liability arising from any claim related to our Site, services, or projects shall not exceed the total amount paid to Durus Roofing for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
